This is the brand new game that Pink tea (the guy who made this game) released. It's able to be wishlisted on steam now and the 1.0 version of the game was released to patreons around January 20th. There is a new version 1.1 released but don't think we've got that yet.
Anyway I can't attest to the validity of the download but it's by the same guy who made this game so it's a related game

This is a known problem with this version. In order to get the new map and scene you have to either talk to Zaria and cheat or restart the game and play from the beginning

that's known bug with previous saves, to unlock new content you have to "cheat" at Zaria, or delete previous and start new save
Try to get the paddles. After a few upgrades, they are by far the best weapon.
