So I am looking for some slave management games. I really really liked Cost of Survival. The gameplay is as important as the porn. I like lots of building/buying/upgrading. Especially if its a start small and work my way up kind of thing. I already am an avid Free Cities player, so dont worry about suggesting that. And I would prefer it not have an anime look. However I like cartoon as well. Thank you.

Wicked Rouge is pretty good. Brothel King is another good one and is highly customizable with the available Girl Packs and Mods
Dude, I got one you'll love. It's called together again and you can just look it up for a download. It might be on itch.io but I'm not sure

Since you're already a Free cities player you might wanna try "Masters of Raana" or "Free cities: Origins" both are still in development but they're actively being worked on
