just use cheat engine.... Value Type: Binary keep in mind that the number you put in will only work in certain parameter for numbers but it's easy to remember... when you have 14 of an item you search for 14 but you can't type the new value higher as 15 16=0 17=1 31 32=0 63 64=0 ...........

Works in all Pokemon Games.....

I am getting a message saying my system lacks the resoruces for this program. Is there a way to provide the modded file and I can overwrite mine?

nope it doesn't work with items in pokemon type games atleast it didn't work years ago i played many pokemon games(Fan Games and Dragonball type) it was always the Binary type values....
