I played this game about a year ago but I couldn't find it again neither on my computer or anyone asking for it on threads.
The game was similar to this game by Hurricane https://f95zone.to/threads/sleeping-beauty-v1-0-hurricane-dot-com.23586/ both in art style and idea. The game had you playing at night creeping on a girl who I believe was the MC's niece you grope her without making sound, and between each night and the other you could buy upgrades that let you make less noise, raise the erection meter faster amongst some other stuff I don't remember. I should mention that the game always opens a vertical window and you can't tweak the size of it.
