Considering the last update on patreon is closing in on a year old, I'd say it's a safe bet that it's abandoned. even checked the forum on TFgamesite, and it's dead quiet.

I originally found this on TFG years ago, and I still occasionally come back and play it. There aren't a lot of good MtF games, but this one was actually shaping up to be pretty good.
