Seeking Slightly specific kind of game

I'm looking for a game in which you can become a prostitute and I want to be able to name yourself like in Little Saint of Horseshoe St., I would prefer if there is a specific consequence for having your prostitute alias be the same as your character's real name. If there isn't currently a game with that as a feature, please notify me if there ever is one that comes out. I also would prefer female protagonists
