Seeking Slow MTF games where you fully change to female

Hey guys. There are plenty of incomplete games out there where the male protagonist partially transforms into a woman, but what games are there where the protagonist completes a full transformation and eventually has sex as a woman?
Prefer text based or 2d games but 3D is ok as well.

If you prefer text-based, just go to tfgames and search the tag "m2f"...they actually have a m2f tag over there. lol
Probably 80% of that site is text-based.
It's much harder to find m2f games that are NOT text-based, at least for me.
