Not sure what causes it, but whenever I tell a game (mainly Renpy ones) to overwrite the save it takes way longer than just saving a new file.
Both the game and saves are on SSDs and the save folder has been excluded from my AV.
Anyone else had this problem? If so, what did you do to fix it or have you just been living with it?
