It's decent, but not great. I'm a bit of a sucker for these real porn corruption/mind control games, A spell for all, the company etc. so this gets bonus points with me for that. Basic writing is good, the porn is good, and so on. I do like the ambition that the dev has in regards to his plans for expansion, and the great variety of many different women. It's genuinely solid, if not ground breaking.
That said the game does suffer from a few problems in my opinion, and I'm gonna focus more on those things because that'll be the real make or break for most people:
To start with the elephant in the room, the grind. This game is EXTREMELY grindy. You have to generate "charge" in order to do anything in this game, and you also have to generate money in order to do things with certain characters. Money isn't too bad, there's a handful of ways to get adequate quantities of it and even if you don't go out of your way to farm it you get a weekly salary that'll eventually take care of your money problems.
Generating charge on the other hand is a real pain in the ass. I like the general idea of it and I agree with the devs stated philosophy of wanting to have some from of gameplay so that you work scenes instead of just getting them, it helps me at least feel a little more engaged, but the amount of time you have to spend grinding charge can be very frustrating. It doesn't start off too bad, but the amount of charge you need to progress with characters increases exponentially as the game goes on, and you'll find yourself having to play the minigame numerous times just to progress on a single character one time. If charge requirements just stayed static, like it was always 10 charge to progress, the game would be a lot better. In the devs defense there are ways to dramatically boost the amount of charge you can generate which helps a lot, but it requires you to go through a very specific sequence of events and if you don't read the easily missed hint in the devs gameplan you will more than likely end up fucking around for a long time in the hellish grind before you stumble upon this fact. That's what happened to me the first 2 times I tried to play this before I knew it was possible to boost charge generation.
Outside of the grind issues is something that is more of a personal preference thing than something inherently bad, but I feel the need to mention it. A LOT of the characters in this story are just cartoonishly over-the-top horrible people. Not all of course, but a good number. It's like... yes there are people in the world that are jerks, but these people are so in-your-face petty and cruel for no reason to the extent that it just beggars belief. It makes it a little harder to really get into whatever plot is happening, and it gets a little repetitive to meet yet another character who is a psycho-bitch. It also makes it harder for me to get into the stories with the women, because they suck so much I just don't want anything to do with them. Even a lot of the male characters suck, we have walking HR-violation-level rapey bosses, cheating ex-husbands, backstories of evil rapey jocks that take advantage of women, all kinds of stuff.
Indeed the main character also kind of sucks. I mean look, I understand it's a mind-control/corruption game, there's always gonna be some morally dubious stuff going on. But at least let me maintain some cognitive dissonance so I can pretend he's not a full on evil dickhead. And to be fair for some character arcs he's genuinely not that bad, but in others he goes full appallingly awful "I can't wait to get that bitch on her knees", "take my dick you fucking whore", "I'm looking forward to fucking over this bitches life" and stuff like that. I guess the whole angry revenge fantasy might appeal to some people but personally I find it a bit of a turn off.
Anyway. All this to say that this is generally a decent time if you're into the fetishes presented, but be prepared for some really nasty characters - again not all, just strangely more often than you'd expect, and for the love of god read the devs "gameplan" tab in the main menu because near the bottom it tells you how to circumvent the worst parts of the grind.
