Ye only get one minor bj sex scene (can be easily missed if ye don't interact with with girl during your first night), one side quest, one main quest & one girl (who gave ye the bj with no other scenes)- main quest involves girl. Otherwise there's nothing to the game but renovating an inn, nothing about a brothel.
