Check your pic descriptions. They're the PLAIN BLUE ones, you can click on the photos inventory and clicking on each pic will give the category breakdown and sale price on the right hand side just like after taking them. Not any other variety that's blue like FRILLY or KINKY or THONG will work. Can take a while to find them sometimes, and it especially sucks to get if you got some top tier Xrays to sell him but gotta cycle through the cheap stuff first.

hm so I have 124 of the normal ones and none of them worked the x-ray I have all the photos completely

Idk what to tell ya, if you take a picture and sell it to him it's not out of your Gallery, but from your inventory. Check your screencaps, that's your inventory, not the gallery. Go back and look at your 124 pictures and you'll see what kind of picture you need to take and sell to him.
