has anyone got around the bug with Mattila's husband not appearing in the casino tried about 100 times and he won't appear I followed the walkthrough and did everything in order

99% sure you are doing something wrong. Since I did complete it without troubles.

I've been reading all the comments it isn't just me having this issue the chances of him spawning is way to low to get it
