I like Rey... in this context that is. I'm not a fan of her character at all, but she is cute and I'd play your game. I think the biggest problem you will run into when writing situations for Rey is that Rey doesn't really have much of a personality. Her only goal is to "do the right thing", her only backstory is she came from basically nowhere and had nobody, and her only flaw is naivety.
So I tried to think of a situation that would take into account all three of these things, and I think I came up with a pretty good one. Rey and Sheev are in some sort of cantina-like place on Jakku, Sheev takes her to a private room to practice "light-saber grip." In that room a bunch of holes open in the wall and a bunch of alien members stick through it. Rey doesn't recognize what they are, and is tricked into jerking off the aliens through the wall. Then Sheev tells her that a famous Jedi was able to fight by holding a second lightsaber in her mouth, and of course she is tricked to blowing the aliens off. After she's done all of them, Sheev collects credits from the Aliens she pleased, and since Rey has no idea what she was actually doing, Palps keeps all the money for himself, and only gives her the bare minimum of a single food portion. Basically pimping her off without her even knowing.
It incorporates things about her personality and backstory, and it's just stupid enough to be funny for a parody game. Of course you can take and modify this idea in any way you want. I haven't played other Star Wars games however, so I don't know if something similar has been done before.
