If your distribution came with some kind of app store, search for "bottles". After installing it, create a gaming bottle named "JPN", copy the game and the rtp installer to ~/.var/app/com.usebottles.bottles/data/bottles/bottles/JPN/drive_c/ and use the option/button "Run Executable" to install the rtp.
