first i have no mods or cheats installed bar what was already in game and translation file, since my restart of the game i have taken the sister to the park every sunday week so far counting 9 trips yet i have yet to get the special picnic option, am i supposed to lower depravity or choose the flirting options and have my jewels crushed each time?

Are the video files of Oksana 'helping' with the Dean coded into the game? I spam the hell out of the dates and whatnot, and every time I get to ask her for help, it's the same initial dialog and the event itself is just the still images of her giving the dean a beejay.

iirc it is tied to how smart you are. If you are totally stupid, she needs to do more to get you a passing grade.

Sister's alt path (IMO not worth the time)

* Meet Alik (Thursday, 17:00 go to her room).
* Ask sister about Alik.
* Catch them making out 4 times.
* Meet Alik in park (12:00-16:00).
* Agree to help.
* Ask sister about Alik (relationship should be 900+).
* Buy spy camera from laptop.
* Plant camera in sister's room.
* Talk to the sister and praise Alek.
* On Thursday (other days might work too, not sure), between 17:00-18:00 open notebook and spy on sister.
* Repeat 3 times.
* Talk to sister, show video.
* Talk to sister, ask about Alik.
* Buy maid costume, sex shop.
* Talk to sister, blackmail.
* Watch her clean the kitchen at 19:00 and your room at 20:00.
* After midnight go to her room and watch her sleep.
* Repeat 2 times (on different days).
* Blackmail.
* After midnight go to her room and watch her sleep, remove bra.
* After midnight go to her room and watch her sleep, remove bra, play with yourself.
* After midnight go to her room and watch her sleep, remove bra, play with yourself, remove panties.
* Talk to sister, blackmail.
* At 23:00 go to your room. Repeat 8 (!) times.
* New options when she cleans (kitchen at 19:00, your room at 20:00).

So I don't know about the mods, but the 'Official English QSP' has a bug - in 'room_sister' there is a line

and it should be

After the change (remember to save the qsp) Alek shows up.
