Apparently Soft Buns had an update in early November focused on butts.
No clue what's in it because the dev paywalled any info about the update (mad props to devs that put announcements and changelogs as free but the actual downloads behind the paywall though.)
Could be a big update, could be a little one, who knows?

Unless I'm being dumb, that looks like the butt update from almost two months ago, the game just got the "final" content update, focused on cumflation and sex, a bit longer than a month later.
Yeah, I think I'm being dumb.
Also Malwarebytes and Windows Defender are both throwing a fit over the download, so, uh...
