Overview:
You find a knocked down monk, who tells you that he and his fellow brothers got attacked by Kamikaze monks. He then proceeds to ask you to help his brothers. The aim of the game is to find his ten brothers and resuscitate them, as any big titted vixen knows, using PR rather than CPR. The Kamikaze monks will try and blow themselves up on you, however you can shoot them down before they get too close.

Two short sex loops and one dance. If you just after sex scenes, I would not recommend it.

I attached the reg file from my finished game.

right, i applied the reg file but still makes me choose a difficulty and play the game, can i not go right to the cutscenes? or does it just unlock the nudity?

It should add another button "Ending Scene" and you click it

I tested the reg file on my computer and it works fine.

I got the same problem
It seems that problem happens since the path of given reg file isnt matching your game path registry
Simply go to regedit -> ctrl+F "soha" -> copy key name -> edit the given regfile path using your own path -> apply reg

Thoughts
Was more frustrating than enjoyable. the bonus after beating the game on hard was the best part

I got the same problem
It seems that problem happens since the path of given reg file isnt matching your game path registry
Simply go to regedit -> ctrl+F "soha" -> copy key name -> edit the given regfile path using your own path -> apply reg

For the ones with the same problem I just changed the path from the unlocker to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\AppDataLow\Software\MMOSurgeon\SohaMiniGame] and worked here.
