[Solved] Age Warnings in Games

Hello everyone,

I've noticed that most games in the adult genre have a warning at the start of the game requiring the player to say that they're 18 or older.

I'm just wondering for my own game: is it necessary legally to have the player enter their age like that? I feel like everyone knows by now that these games are for audiences ages 18 and up, but if it's necessary to do so, I'll of course put up a screen in my own game.

You have to do it men, imagine little Timmy going to dad's computer to play minecraft and clicking on your game out of curiosity just to discover new things about himself. Better not risk it for the sake of the kids.
