I can't remember the name of it, but there was a pretty good (though mostly text based) rpgm game about a guy who's a total failure, gets roped into the magical girl business, and then has to disguise himself as a girl otherwise the headmistress is going to kill him. I remember the game being fairly hard, as the protagonist had very limited skills. The game involved a lot of transformations, mostly as bad ends, and focused quite a bit into feminization.
I think the game had "academy" in the title but I could be entirely wrong. If I remember though there was also a wiki for the game, and it was still in development, maybe even abandonned.
