Identify [Solved] Can't remember a game i played a while back

All i can remember is one particular scene which is noted as being not part of the story where an angel girl which has been speaking to you throughout the game has a threesome with the MC and one of the other girls. I know its pretty vague but just thought i would post incase anyone recognises it.
