it's a 3d male protagonist game I believe it's renpy but towards the beginning your character wakes up to a call about their birth mother and that she is in the hospital you go visit and turns out your character has a sister I forget if shes your twin or not but you have a dark haired "fuck buddy" and that's pretty much all I remember about it I appreciate any help finding the game
