So basically the part I remember is the family goes on a road trip i think it was to some cabin for a few days. You play as the son doing random stuff and find out your parents are in some cult when you see them in a cave out in the forest. The mom I think is supposed to get pregnant for some ritual they are going to do and I remember the dad fooling around with you sister out by the pool. I think there may have been an older brother in it too as I seem to recall him almost hooking up with the mom in a barn until they almost get caught by you. The mom I think wore a daisy dukes looking outfit and I believe mc had a green shirt and jeans

You gave me just enough info that I'm 100% positive you're talking about Strangers in a Strange Land. There is a comic version too over at the Y3DF Siterip. Kalevra is the artist of that game and is known for the "Busted" series that make up a huge chunk of their comics at Y3DF.
