It's relatively recent, past few months I believe. You play as an advisor to the princess and try to influence her mental state during a succession crisis. She can have a number of approaches to each situation but you don't choose directly I think. There are are also skills she can train. Game engine is... well, I don't think RPGM. Ren'Py is more likely.
