Identify [Solved] Forgot game title

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to remember the name of a game I played a few months back. Pretty sure it was Ren'Py but the MC at one point goes camping in a van with 3-4 girls, one might have been his sister. One of the girls brings a drug that you take near a lake and that's about all I can really remember. Hopefully that is enough info for someone to remember it. Thanks!
