You start the game by waking up from a capsule and find yourself in what seems to be a lab, with testing equipment. So you walk around looking at things and try gto get a clue about where you are.
You head out and become thirsty so you go to the bathroom, for a drink of water. After that you'll feel like you have to pee, so you go to the toilet. Here you're raped by tentacles comming up from the toilet.
