I cant find the tittle but it was a game about a girl with some kind of special powers that tries to survive in a medival town
There was a werewolf character in the sewers and she had to clean them
The evil ruler who she had to please
It was a kind of a trainer with female protagonist

I don't remember any werewolf in the sewers though. There were monsters, but the only werewolf I remember is from Roundscape Adorevia. Maybe I'm mistaken though.
