Identify [Solved] Girl MC, had a boyfriend, one of those choose between cheating/not cheating types (more specific details inside)

Ok, so Im trying to remember a game that Im fairly certain was a Ren'py/VN game, pretty sure it was a female main character who had a boyfriend, and the choices were mostly of a cheat or dont cheat variety.

The only scene that I can actively remember is MC and boyfriend going to dinner, and a friend of the boyfriends showed up, tries to get the MC to go to bathroom with him, and, if chosen, does the sex and puts a choker on her.
