I can't seem to remember the details. But it was a Harem game for sure. Most likely a VN. And we already had 4-5 women when we get introduced to two twin girls. One was straight and one was lesbian. We find out some chemical potion or some witchcraft sort of potion that we use to turn both of them bisexual and get them into the harem. I tried all games with harem and twins tag so maybe the game isn't there on here or isn't properly tagged.
