It's a 2d cg game simulator with interface like in visual novels, has some grinding for money.
The game setting is town, where MC can impregnate women, so they have something from the state (money or something else, I don't remember). It has job system, so you earn money to buy things in market or pay girls to impregnate them. There were multiple sections in town, like school, markets, dark alley and others.
Some girls aren't fertile enough, so you will have to cum in them multiple times to get them pregnant
Girls give birth (by default) every 4 weeks or so
So I tried searching by tags: prostitution, pregnancy
