The game is 3dCG in Ren'py. Male MC. I want to say there is a school theme to it. I recall the renders being very nice quality as well.
I don't remember a lot of stuff, but I recall there are many characters girls and guys and you spend a good portion of time on a bus with all of them traveling somewhere. The game is still early I think. At some point you stop and based on some choices with the characters you can have sex with some of them, even a threesome. I do think there was a scene when you fuck a girl in like a shed, or garage type space.
I think you are supposed to have a girlfriend, or maybe at the time in the game she's your ex, but again choices allow you to potentially get back together. I think some of the characters are in a relationship and it seems you can flirt and likely get scenes with their girlfriends.
I've tried searching some of these tags but nothing I've found seems to be it based on screenshots.
