There was a game I played a few months ago. I can't remember the Name of the game. A child living with his mother was making plans with his friend in the game. Her friend came home with a gun and threatened her mother. Her mother was forcibly giving her son oral sex. The game character was doing a job like a postman. The game should be RPGM if I'm not mistaken, but I'm not sure.
