I can only remember parts of the game, the MC has 2 sisters, a mother, and a father. You can move around the house to the living room, front yard, the kitchen, your parent's bedroom, the bathroom, the hallway outside of your room as well as your sisters' rooms, and the garage, as well as go to your aunt's house and school and other places. There is a day/afternoon/evening/night cycle and one of your sister's runs a store you can help her with for money. It's a 3dcg and incest game but I can't recall the name but I was reminded of it while playing Sisterly Lust because they have similar character models. There is a slight possibility I've mixed up some features of two different games which might be part of why I can't find it.
