I'm pretty sure you start in a dungeon and you fight monster and increase you lewdity which then gives you the ability to fuck the monster I think there was a goblin girl and a rat and some other enemies in the dungeon. Then after you get out you're in the woods and there is a bar where you can do quests and buy items from. Then you go through the woods and fight tree monsters and eventually get to a farm then right after that there is a city and you can do loads of quests and buy things. There is also a quest with a farmer lady if that helps you find it I just can't remember and have tried looking for it and can't find it.
