Identify [Solved] Looking for a game I played a while back...

I'm looking for a game I played a while back, I'm a bit hazy on the details but I keep checking here to see if it crops up and jogs my memory but with no luck. I remember it has a typical family MC story, one of the sisters of the MC agrees to anal, there is also a scene with them both where they climb on top of the garage to look at the stars, the MC's sister is a redhead. This is all I can remember! Does this remind anyone of a particular game? Please let me know! Thank you
