I don't remember all of it, but I remember it started with the MC in HS and he ends up sleeping with a girl and gets caught just as they are finishing. I think he gets into a wreck or something on the way home and ends up in a coma. Fast forward several years and he wakes up - his parents are dead, he doesn't remember much of his past. I think he ends up becoming a photographer or something - he is successful in his career. He keeps having dreams about a redhead (the girl from HS) and one day he gets a knock at his door and there are 3 girls there - a blonde who's super happy, a brunette who's super angry at first and a redhead that's kind of the glue that keeps the girls together. Turns out that they are his kids from when he was in HS.
I think at the end of the episode another girl showed up that was his relative in some way (possibly another child or cousin or something?)
