It's a Ren'Py VN (obviosly), 3dcg, male protagonist, finds out he possesses the power to control minds, and is quickly found out by a hot servant of some sort of powerful individual who is a member of a secret society of these Hypnotist freaks. To get more concrete, I remember the last scenes of the last update I played was a "Flashback" to what I assume was some sort of ancestor of our protagonists, it's in Ancient Egypt, he abuses his power, fucks Cleopatra, and then is taken away by two women and the game ends.
