It's art is anime style but I believe it's a western game. It has several stories based on what cheats you use, starting from normal storyline with a black haired female roommate and a brown haired schoolmate, which turn to sister and cousin respectively with the incest cheat, or catgirl and zombie respectively, some other transformation, there even was an end of the world scenario involving a nuclear bomb, and you could activate developer commentary as well. Some of the dates included going to a sakura garden, hiking to a mountain resort with other friends, a beach threesome, date in a cafe' that could potentially end in a missionary sex scene with the brown haired schoolmate/cousin/zombie. The roommate/sister started off as incredibly tsundere, while the brown haired girl was very sweet.
