I think it was a HTML game. You played as a school counselor or therapist or whatever and you had hypnosis at your disposal. What I remember is that each character had an ending you could go for after their storyline, and you could just reload to before that ending to play further. I believe one of the routes was just your old neighbor, and I think another involved basically sissifying someone? I've been looking for quite a while now and just can not find it.
