I'm looking for a game I played in the last year that has a male MC with what I recall are medieval elements. Remember having a dairy where you could buy and place girls for milking and breeding, a store where you could buy armor, weapons, etc. There were a few female characters and one may be MC's sister. Last progress they traveled to an island where they were trying to discover family history, etc. Apologize if the details are sketchy. Appreciate any help in advance.
No idea who wouldn't recognise the characters but could it be Four Elements Trainer? Specifically Book 2, love route which matches all points except I don't recall ever actually buying any weapons or armour.
Other than that, the usual questions: graphics (2D, 3D, text-only?), engine (RPGM? something with still images? Skyrim-like open world?), art style or anything else which might align better with this site's search options? In the meantime you can search for terms like "human cow", "human cattle", "milking" etc. as those should be rare enough to not yield a bajillion results.
