Identify [Solved] Looking for game title

I am unsure where to post this, so if I put it in the wrong section please let me know.
I am looking for a Renpy game I found on this site. It´s in very early stages. All I remember is the MC living with his "landlady" and she gets "poisoned" by her sister with a stone/amulet. The landlady then fucks her tenant/MC. IIRC that stone triggered something in the family history or something.

Does anybody know what game I´m talking about?
