Identify [Solved] Looking for this game I saw on an AD

I've seen this ad in the forum (from NUTAKU) about this game that shows a japanese store, with a guy having sex with the owner. The problem is that I can't find the game on Nutaku.

Is this really a game? or just an animated ad for the site?

Very like that's exactly what it is, it seems like if the banner doesn't link to the game but goes to the Nutaku home page it's not from a game. It's extremely annoying.
