Help me please to find a game. I played it in 2018. Story about man, who is a new teacher in school. He have a non loving wife and daughter. At school, he has contact with three(?) girls. And the most important and interesting mechanics of the game is tied to narcotic pills. You had to give them girls at the right moments.
