It was renpy and the scene is somewhere near the end of the update i played. The Flashback scene is a mask party where MC has options to fuck party girls mostly oral but if you choose one the flashback ends. If you did not choose a girl until you got to LI you would creampie her and get her pregnant. After that MC realized he might be the father. LI has a tiny bumb stomach you talk to her about this story on a coach. MC essentially Cucked the ex-bf in the party by putting a baby in the LI. Li and her ex bf was going to get married and all that until he found out it wasn't his child. I think this LI was ginger or red hair. In the flash back I think the mask party started with a pool scene background if that helps.
