It says Level Drain 3, but I can't find the scene elsewhere.

There's three games in the Level Drain series (along with that fan disk), and two manga. Go to the translation request Loqic linked and click on the series link at the top to see them. The English DLSite only have the manga.

The first video is definitely Level Drain 3 ~ Maou ni Suwareru Tame no Level Age ~ though.

I know my question doesnt have to do anything with my request but its really a problem I want to solve !
to use machine translation data I must pack the data of the game some rpg game data cant be seen expect you pack it
so how can I pack the data ?

You don't have to pack it back up, just delete or rename the file you opened (something like a .rgss3a file) so the game uses the extracted folders instead.
