-It's incest themed
-you are a young guy at home and have at least 2 sisters
I remember this one scene: Male Protagonist is sitting at his Desk in his room, the camera is showing him from 3rd Person Side View
He imagines his sisters fucking him on his lap while he is sitting on the chair at his desk
I think you can revisit that scene, basically always imagining the same scene with a different sister
