I played this NTR game a couple months ago. I believe it was a RPGM game (or World RPG, not so sure). Set in medieval times, the plot revolves around a couple who's in debt to a strong warrior/knight who accidentally gets hurt by the husband. The wife looks for jobs, she starts with a bakery and works her way up to a brothel as her curroption increases. The game can be played from the wife's perspective during the day and the husband's during the night.
