My google keeps turning up unwanted results as the term is too generic.
I think it's development was abandoned as far as I can remember. The guy, Piegod or Pie Master, was also making another game that was more medieval fantasy themed with goblins and dragons, or something.
It's a text adventure game with pictures, and the setting was IIRC you being a survivor in an area after some post apocalypse (time period is current era, 1990s
+) where some virus was turning all the women into sex crazed monstergirls over time. There was a scavenging and battling mechanic, and exploration.
I think you had to keep your defence against the virus up by visiting a pharmacist who had holed herself up and was also researching the source of the virus.
A link or file would be highly appreciated.
Edit:
Found it:
His other game
If anyone has a "The Lusty Lands" File, please do link it. Thanks
