The set up is that the MC is living with his sister who hates him, and his mother who's hiding their money struggles. There's a black guy in the park who helps you train your fitness in exchange for finding him a walkman. The scene in the title is that you work in a restaurant and the hardass boss says he wants the toilets scrubbed so hard you could eat out of them, and there's a funny scene with the toilet bowl full of food if you refuse to back down from him. I can try to describe some other scenes but those are bits I remember clearly. It was Renpy and I think the dev might have changed the game's name at some point too.
