Identify [Solved] Trying to find a game.. thought it was Ring of Lust

MC has a magic ring that he uses to hypnotize people when they look at his ring. Thought it was Ring of Lust but it's not - the characters and gameplay are completely different.
I remember a scene where MC hypnotizes his principal at school..
