MC was female, and blonde I think, start of the game set up some of the history and societal context of the setting, with a nation split between North and South (I think MC lived in the North).
I'm pretty sure it was made in some version or another of RPGMaker, or at least was a very similar UI and graphical style.
MC started innocent and wouldn't do most actions without becoming more corrupted. There was a bathroom scene where the MC's brother would peek in and it seemed like more could be done with that depending how corrupted the MC was. The parents lived in the same house, too. I think there was a magazine you could obtain early on that would help with your initial corruption.
You could get a job for the MC with a couple of options to choose to begin with.
Game was in an early stage of development and may well have been abandoned since - I'm just curious to see if it ever did get completed, or failing that, at least if it got enough more content to experience, as the premise seemed pretty well thought out with the setting.
It may have been a non English language native who designed it, but I could be conflating or misremembering there.
Edit - It was a contemporary level of technology without any magical or transformational elements that I can remember.
That's about all the details I can recall, if I can get the title that would be a big help, thanks!
